After 10 years with a large National Recruiting firm, Randy started his own staffing company in 1992. With his Master’s degree in IT from the University of Missouri-Rolla, and ten years of Information Technology management experience prior entering recruiting, Randy developed a strong technical foundation that has prepared him for the IT recruiting profession. Focusing on the Eastern Missouri/Southern Illinois markets, Randy has developed hundreds of business relationships that help his clients match the best candidates with their companies. During his career, he has also helped mentor many successful younger recruiters currently working throughout the Midwest. Randy believes that it’s not just the technical experience but also the personality, poise and communications skills that make the best, most successful candidates.
